Q. Where do you ship?

Q. When can I expect my package?

A. Processing Time:

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be process. Orders are shipped Mondays-Wednesdays (excluding holidays) to avoid spending extended time over the weekend on hot trucks and warehouses.

 Shipping Time:

Orders typically will take 2-3 business days to deliver. Shipping rates and transit time may vary, it depends on location or unexpected delays from USPS or other shippingcarriers. During the holidays, please expect longer shipping time. 

Pre-orders:
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new products that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have the shipping details listed.

Combined Orders:
We suggest that pre-ordered items be ordered separately from “in-stock” orders, as in stock products can be shipped within the our processing and shipping time frame policy. If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.

Q. Can I return something if I don't like it?

A. All sales are final. However, we do replace candles that were damaged in transit. We greatly appreciate your support and want to ensure that all our customers are happy and can enjoy their new candles. 

Please email info@gracefullygratefulcandles.com within 3 days of delivery with pictures and your order number. Once we receive an email we will work on processing a replacement if it qualifies. If a replacement is not available we will issue a refund.

Q. What to do if my package is lost?

A. Please reach out to the carrier and file a claim. Gracefully Grateful Candles is not responsible for lost packages in transit or delivery to the wrong address.

Q. Why does my candle top look rough, bumpy after burning ?

A. Rough, bumpy top after burning is totally normal. No need to worry, it's a sign that your candle is made with all-natural soy wax. The rough, bumpy top does not affect the performance of your candle. This is caused when the wax melt pool cools and solidifies at an inconsistent rate. This can be prevented by using soy blend or paraffin wax, however, Gracefully Grateful Candles only uses Soy wax.
